3. Return of Equipment:

   • If you have received a scent diffuser as part of your subscription, you must return the scent diffuser in the same condition it was received.
   • We understand that keeping the original box may not be feasible, so it is not required. However, we do require the return of the scent diffuser, the 2 keys, and the charger.
   • Please ensure that all items are packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Cancellation Process:

   • Upon cancellation, the cancellation fee will be charged to your account immediately.
